Store
your wig on a wig stand or mannequin in a cool, dry location, safe from extreme
temperatures.
·
If
you wear a wig regularly, try to have at least two to choose from, and rotate
them to extend their wearable life.
·
Only
use care products that are specially formulated for your wig's fibers. Never
use hairspray formulated for human hair, as it can cause the fibers to
deteriorate.
·
ENVY's
wig care products include a set of four travel-sized liquids (Wash-N-Wear
Shampoo, Tangle Tamer Leave-In Conditioner, Shine On Lusterizer, and Freeze
Frame Hair Spray), Hair Detox Anti-Bacterial Spray, Renu and Repair Glosser
Spray, and Beauty Balm Sculpting Crème.

Shampoo
your wig with ENVY Wash-N-Wear Shampoo (weekly, after 5-6 wears, or simply when
it looks and feels like it needs shampooing). If you use synthetic wig care
products, such as mousse, gel, spray, etc., you may need to shampoo and
condition your wig more often.

Be
gentle when shampooing your wig; never twist or rub it. Use only cool or cold
water, as hot water could damage the fibers. Pay special attention to the areas
around the face where makeup and oil can accumulate.
1)
SHAMPOO: Immerse your EnvyHair wig completely in
a basin of cool water. Use an ample amount of ENVY Wash-N-Wear Shampoo and
gently agitate into the fiber. Rinse shampoo thoroughly.
2)
CONDITION: After shampooing, apply ENVY Tangle
Tamer Leave-In Conditioner from the top to the ends of your EnvyHair wig. Then
distribute conditioner using a wide tooth comb. Start combing down a few inches
from the ends, then move up slightly and comb down again-working up the wig to
the `roots" as you comb down. (Never comb directly from roots to ends.)
3)
RINSE
& DRY: After
combing, thoroughly rinse your wig. Once the conditioner is rinsed out
completely, dry by squeezing the hair gently. Do not rub the wig vigorously or
you will tangle the fiber.
4)
PROTECT: Spray ENVY Shine On Lusterizer to
protect the fibers and maintain manageability. Comb Lusterizer through wig and
allow to dry completely before combing, brushing, or styling as you normally
would. You can use Shine On Lusterizer daily to extend the life of your
EnvyHair wig.
We
recommend weekly shampooing and conditioning for optimal results.
