When exchanging your goods, all original packaging must be included. The wig/hairpiece must have all the original tags still attached to it. It cannot be combed or brushed; it must be in good saleable condition.
Any wig or hairpiece exchange must be made within 10 days receipt of your order. It must be accompanied by a return authorization number and the appropriate paperwork. To obtain an authorization number RMA#, please e-mail Exchanges.
Please include your name, address and why you are requesting an exchange authorization. Also, indicate which wig or hairpiece you wish to exchange it for and/or the new color.
Only ONE exchange per item is permitted.
(All Sales are Final, on orders sent out for the Non-Slip Wig Kit Add-On Service and any Custom Orders as well.
Exchange must be equal or of a higher amount. If the exchanged item is a lower amount, the difference will be applied as store credit towards your next purchase. The difference can not be refunded.
