I do not have hair, and these are the only nylon liners I have found which do not hurt my scalp or give me a headache.  Other nylon caps have a tight band all around  the edge of the cap. It gives me  a headache after wearing it after a few hours. I don't know how other people tolerate it considering their heads will usually be larger than mine, as I have a small  head size.
