Shipping Guidelines
 


Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $150 or more, your order ships FREE! Offer NOT VALID on orders outside the Continental U.S.


Shipping Guidelines

Standard Domestic Shipping:
For all wig and hairpiece orders that are shipped within the continental United States, (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), there is a base charge of $9.00, plus $2.00 for each additional item after the first. For example, if you order one wig and a bottle of shampoo, the total shipping charge will be $11.00.

These orders are sent via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or Via USPS Priority Mail. We choose the best form of shipping to get it to the customer quickly and safely. Please contact us if you want a specific carrier when you place the order. You can expect your purchase to arrive in 5-10 days.

Canada - Express:
For Express shipments to Canada, the base charge is $44.00, plus $3.00 for each additional item after the first.
You can expect your purchase to arrive in 7-12 business days. (Customs is taking a longer period of time to inspect packages).

Canada - Priority:
For Priority shipments to Canada, the base charge is $33.00, plus $3.00 for each additional item after the first.
You can expect your purchase to arrive in 12-18 business days. (Customs is taking a longer period of time to inspect packages).

Rush Domestic Shipping:
We offer 2-3 day rush shipping for a charge of $36.00 for the first item, and $3.00 for each additional item. This charge applies to rush delivery orders for the continental United States only.

If your order also includes items other than wigs and/or hairpieces, those items will be shipped separately via Standard Shipping.

All Rush Shipping orders (credit card only) that are placed after 12:00 PM will ship on the next business day. You should receive your order 2-3 days thereafter.

For example, if you placed your order after 12:00 PM on Monday, you’ll receive your order on either Thursday or Friday of that week. If your order was placed on Wednesday after 12:00 PM, you may not receive your order until the following Monday, because there are NO Saturday deliveries.

Overnight - U.S Domestic Shipping: We offer Overnight shipping for a charge of $59.00, plus $5.00 for each additional item after the first.
For Overnight "Saturday delivery" the
cost is $110.00.
(Not all Wigs Available for this Service)

Please note, you must provide a street address (not a post office box) for this type of delivery.

International Shipping:
For Express International shipments, the base charge is $59.00, (additional charges may apply-depending on the Country) plus $4.00 for each additional item after the first. For example, if you order one wig and a bottle of shampoo, the total shipping charge will be $6
3.00. Please note your country may have duty or custom fees, which you would be responsible for. You can expect your purchase to arrive in 8-10 business days.

For Priority International shipments, the base charge is $42.00, (additional charges may apply-depending on the Country) plus $3.00 for each additional item after the first. For example, if you order one wig and a bottle of shampoo, the total shipping charge will be $45.00. Please note your country may have duty or custom fees, which you would be responsible for. You can expect your purchase to arrive in 12-18 business days.

At this time, we do not offer rush shipping for international deliveries.

At Wigsite.com, we take great pride in ensuring positive overall customer experience. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item.

  • Please either email or call us within 14 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
  • Be sure to indicate how you wish to proceed with your return, i.e. exchange, store credit, or a refund.

  • Once we have been notified of your return request, we will email you a Return Authorization Form which will include all instructions for how and where to ship your return. Please print the Return Authorization email and include it with your return.

  • Items must be returned within 14 business days of receipt in new condition. Items cannot be worn or altered in any way, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free. If product is deemed to have been worn or altered or not in acceptable condition, it will be returned to you with explanation and no credit/refund will be issued .

  • PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final on orders sent out for Non-Slip Wig Kit Add-On Service, Custom Sizing, as well as any Custom/Special Orders.

  • Shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  • PREPAID RETURN LABEL: Should you require a Prepaid Shipping Label for your return to make your return easier, a return shipping charge of $10.00 will be deducted from your credit/refund when using the prepaid label. Please let us know when requesting a return if you would like us to email you a return label.

Exchanges:

NO restocking fees and Free Ground Shipping for domestic exchange orders!

To ensure speedy delivery of your exchange item, please email or simply call us . If the price of the new order is greater than the price of the returned order, you will be charged only for the difference in price. If the price of the new order is less than the price of the returned item, then the remaining credit will be left on account for future orders. Coupon codes, promotions, or gift certificates are non-transferable to the new exchange order.

Store Credit:

If you choose Store Credit, once the return is received, inspected, and deemed to be in good condition, credit for the full amount paid for the product will be applied to your account. Store Credits do not expire and will automatically be applied to your next order. If you select store credit, please note that store credit is not refundable .

*Refund:

All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Every returned item received is examined by us or the manufacturer, which takes significant time and costs. Therefore, to maintain our standard of excellent prices and service, we charge a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price (NOT TO EXCEED $100). The remaining amount will be issued back to the original method of payment. Once the item is received, allow up to 10-15 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status.
