Excellent service and product. Wigs are brand new, not ever taken out of the box, in the full original manafacturer packaging. This is not the case with many other vendors where you receive products that clearly have been taken out of the box and repackaged. Some vendors even claim that the netting, bobby pins, inner frame fixed to box, gets displaced in mailing which is not true. These wigs are intact as made. Customer Service is honest. They tell you if a product is not available in the color or style you want. They even gave me a list of all available inventory in the style I wanted and the colors closest to my choice with dates my chosen colors are expected to be available from the manafacturer. They respond rapidly to customer questions and ship immediately. This is the best wig vendor I have dealth with by far and I have dealth with many. Highly recommend.

Annette #5138 by Jon Renau is a comfortable, natural looking wig. Most people don't even know it is a wig. I have been wearing this style for several years.
