Note: Perform skin test before using this product. Keep out of reach of children. In case of eye contact, flush with water for 15 minutes.

Application Instructions:
Perma Rite Extreme (#16): The preparation, application, removal and cleaning process is one and the same as used with Perma Rite #14 other than:
  • Step A: Apply four thin layers of Perma Rite Extreme (#16) to the scalp pausing 25 seconds between layer applications. Allow to totally dry (five minutes) before applying graft to the scalp.
  • Step B: Apply one thin layer to the PU Base and let dry approximately five minutes before positioning on the scalp.
  • When using a PU Base graft, please follow steps A & B.
  • When using a Lace Base: Do not apply Perma Rite Extreme to a Lace Base
