Ordered and was slated to receive delivery very quickly.  Only Fed Ex lost shipment twice.  Still have not gotten it, two weeks later.  Full stars on wig, on service, 0 on shipping.

I've been wearing Courtney for a couple of days, had some light bangs trimmed in.  I love it!  The handtied cap is so comfortable.  I particularly like the light density of the hair.   Most wigs have way too much hair and don't look so natural on me.  Being straight, it is much easier to detangle than long curly wigs, although I also have one of those for dress-up.  The 24BT18 color has lovely soft streaks.
