My human hairpiece was ratting up just from wearing it, because it is getting older.  I spoke with Mo and Amanda, and they recommended the Jon Renau HD Smooth Detangler.  While the hair is old and continues to rat while wearing it, (and I will replace the wig soon), the Detangler makes it easier to comb out the tangles. Even though the product is prepared for Synthetic, and my hair is Remy (natural human hair), it still works. Thank you, Lori's Wigsite, for your excellent customer service!
