Carolyn, with a hair length of 16" long: It's a handmade piece for women suffering from severe hair loss in the frontal and top area; and diffused hair loss throughout the rest of the scalp. This design gives you the option of integrating your own hair in the sides and back.
An integration piece simply means; you pull your own hair through the holes, and combine it with your new hair for a perfect blend. For this particular piece, it offers a monofilament base in the front section for a natural looking scalp like appearance; you'd pull your own hair through (at the sides and back section of this piece) to create a perfect blend, with just the right amount of hair for a natural looking style.

*Comes all one hair length, Bang style achieved after cutting.
