I bought this wig for my sister who is on chemo. It has a double monofilament cap so it's comfortable and it has synthetic hair, which is smooth and also more comfortable for chemo patients.
The wig is beautiful and the hair is very smooth and not so long that you would assume it's a wig or extensions.
