Love the product - it's the only one I've used by La Gem so far. My hair is long and fine and the conditioner does not weight it down. I use it after I shampoo and towel dry my hair and also at night, before I put my hair up, I spray it onto my dry hair and comb it through before I put my hair in a bun for the night.
